The organization of SECTOR S.A. is characterized by the absence of a formal, structured hierarchy. The organization of each project has its own personality and its own set of requirements. In light of these facts, and from the stand point of cost effectiveness and technical performance SECTOR S.A. tailors a work group to each job it undertakes rather than trying to "force fit" the work into a rigidly defined organization. SECTOR' s philosophy is oriented towards a matrix of teams. Team participants, local or foreign consultants contracted per case, vary as a function of the expertise required to ensure consistently high quality results that are timely and economical.
